Reliable Service

TWSCO skilled technicians can perform authorized quality repairs at our facility or at the customer’s location on any kind of welding related equipment. We respond to customers 24 hours a day with our after-hours emergency service. Our services also include calibration and preventative maintenance programs. Calibrations are kept on file for one year. You will receive notification one month prior to your calibration expiration.

The Repair Process

When your machine comes to TWSCO to be repaired, there is no guess work. Our established procedures ensure your machine will be back in service as soon as possible performing to factory specifications.

Logging machine by serial number- Tracking by serial numbers ensures that machines will maintain service priority in the order received.

Interior Cleaning- Over time, dust and dirt builds up on the interior of a machine causing heat buildup and parts failure. Our Technicians power wash the interior of each unit, except inverters, which require more careful cleaning.

Making necessary repairs- TWSCO technicians use proper procedures and quality parts to repair the machine.

Testing- After completing all necessary repairs, machines are load bank tested, weld tested, or cut tested, depending on type of machine to make sure it is operating according to factory specifications.

Warranty Repairs

TWSCO is authorized to perform warranty service for most major manufacturers including Miller, Lincoln, Thermal Dynamics, ESAB, Hobart, and Thermal Arc.

Rate Information

TWSCO offers competitive in house and in field repair rates. Minimums: 2hr/repair, Rush repairs are billed at 1.5x normal rates. *Remote controls have a fixed 1hr labor cost.

Rental Equipment

Our rental fleet consists of well maintained late model units that are ready to fulfill your needs and help complete the job at hand. TWSCO offers weekly, monthly, and long term equipment rental rates. Customers with equipment in for repairs will have a rental rate discount.
