Cyl-Tel
The new Cyl-Tel System is a liquid gauge and Telemetry system designed exclusively for MicroBulk distribution. It provides remote liquid-level monitoring of cylinders equipped with differential pressure gauge (DPG) connections.
The Cyl-Tel gauge is an electronic DPG which features two programmable low-level alerts. The gauge is designed for rugged applications and is enclosed in a water-resistant case suitable for outdoors. Up to three Cyl-Tel gauges may be connected depending on the desired configuration.
The Cyl-Tel gauge is programmable to display seven different units of measurement for user friendly and accurate level monitoring. With its Telemetry ready capability, the Cyl-Tel gauge allows the gas supplier to monitor the liquid level in your Perma-Cyl and refill it automatically.

The MicroBulk System
The MicroBulk system is the latest solution in gas storage and distribution. Gas is delivered from our truck to a stationary and highly efficient liquid vessel that replaces high pressure or portable liquid cylinders. Our specialized truck arrives at the customer’s site and transfers product directly to the liquid vessel known as a Perma-Cyl or through a wall mounted fill box. The Perma-Cyl comes with a digital gauge known as a Cyl-Tel. With Telemetry, our phone-line communication feature, TWSCO can monitor your gas supply needs, resulting in less paperwork and increased productivity. Our truck is equipped with the Smart-Flow metering system that monitors flow electronically and prints a delivery ticket on-site. This process can be accomplished without interruption to the customer’s operation.

Perma-Cyl
The Perma-Cyl is a new innovative design. This new design allows liquid to be held for longer periods without venting, limiting product losses during periods of non-use. When filled by a
MicroBulk truck, the Perma-Cyl vessel is designed to have a short fill time with zero losses under normal conditions.

The Perma-Cyl is the most cost effective gas storage vessel in the marketplace. The innovative design of the Perma-Cyl eliminates the labor and the hazards of cylinder handling and reduces the time spent on ordering, receiving and inventorying gas cylinders.
